  • This project helped pre-service teachers to improve classroom management problem solving skills when facing the ethical dilemma issues. The project centered in case-based learning. Pre-service teachers accessed the online materials to learn a variety of classroom management issues. My role in this project was the reviewer for participants¡¦ essays. In addition, I also assisted in data collection and conducted data coding.
